Women of the ABR Circle will meet Thursday morning, April 7th, at 10 AM in the church parlor. Kathy Cox will lead our spiritual discussion and devotional meditation. Carol Sorenson will update us on UMW activities. We will be planning our annual singing visit to the local nursing home in May. Light refreshments will be served and awesome spiritual fellowship will be shared by all.
The ABR Circle meets the first Thursday of each month (except during the summer months) at 10 AM in the church parlor and meetings last approximately 1.5 – 2 hours. Hope you can join us!
Our Circles offer opportunities for making new friends, nourishing old friendships, growing in your relationship with the Lord, and supporting and praying for one another.
2nd Tuesday of each month - 7:30 PM - meetings are in members homes (note: Evening Circle does not meet June, July, August)

Carolyn Rogers, on right, receives 5 Star Missiion Today and Gold Awards at the
annual meeting of the Washington East District UMW on Saturday, October 19th at St. Paul's UMC
in Oxon Hill, Md. Cindy Beaston, Carol Sorensen, Joyce Hancock and Harryette Hower also
received a certificate for 5 Star Mission Today. Four members of the REading Program received
level 1 certificates for reading books from the five reading categories:
Joyce Hancock, Betsy Radtke, Norma Johnson and Doris White were recognized

UMW Book Club Resumes February 14
The Book Club meets the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month at 10 AM in the church parlor. These informal meetings feature honest discussion of many challenging concepts in a comfortable, trusting fellowship atmosphere. New members are always welcome even if you can only attend some of the discussion sessions. Join us!
