Sunday School

“Worshiping and growing in fellowship & knowledge of Christ. Maturing from membership to discipleship: for us, others, and for Jesus’ sake.”

Ever Wonder...

Be sure to check out our newest feature: "Ever Wonder..."  It is a place where common questions about our faith and the workings of the church are explained in video and text.  Videos are courtesy of "Chuck Knows Church".  Check them out on our Guests & Newcomer's Page.

Family Game Night

Do the winter doldrums have you feeling down or lackluster? Please join the Fellowship Ministries Team on Saturday, February 2nd from 6 to 9 PM in Fellowship Hall 2 as we host a “Minute to Win It” Family Game Night. Come out and join us for a night of Family, Fellowship, Fun and Laughter. Hot dogs and Snacks will be available. Hope to see you there!

Youth Bake Sale & Coffee Sunday

On Sunday January 27, the youth will be having a bake sale to fund our upcoming Cookies for College outreach. Baked goods will be available after both services and the cost of items is a donation to the youth. Items will be bagged and ready for you to pick up. It is also a Fair Trade Coffee Sunday so plan to stock up on coffee! Half of the sale of coffee goes to support the Edelen family's ministry with Wycliffe Bible Translators. The purchase of Fair Trade coffee also supports small farmers in developing countries.

Want to Join Us?
The bible says we are ALL called by God to be in ministry. We are ALL gifted in many and varied ways by God to be of use in the world for Gods glory.  In the coming weeks, we will be looking at the spiritual gifts we have been given... and how we can use them to change the world for Christ. So come and see what God is doing in YOU... and what God wants to do THROUGH you for the world. See you at worship!

Pastor's Monday Night Study
Pastor Susan will offer “Unafraid by Adam Hamilton beginning on Monday, January 21 at 7:30 in Fellowship Hall 2. Drawing on recent research, inspiring real-life examples, and fresh biblical insight, Hamilton shows how to untangle the knots we feel about disappointing others, failure, financial insecurity, loneliness, insignificance, and aging. Then he helps readers understand and counter fears related to such outsize perils as terrorism, death, and the apocalypse.Writing with generosity and intelligence, Hamilton shows how believer and unbeliever alike can develop sustaining spiritual practices and embrace Jesus's recurring counsel: "Do not be afraid."For anyone struggling with fear or wondering how families and communities can thrive in troubled times, Unafraid offers an informed and inspiring message full of practical solutions.
