 Food Booth Fundraisers

Pastor's Monday Night Study

My name is Joey Hastings and I am a member of this church and a Boy Scout with Troop 1321.  For my Eagle Scout project, I am remodeling the food booth, that our church uses, at the Charles County Fair.  The food booth is one of our church’s largest fundraisers.  I am hoping to increase the efficiency and work environment of the food booth by redesigning the layout of the workspace.  Also, I will paint the ceiling and walls, replace the lighting and ceiling fans, replace the screens in the windows, resurface the countertops, and clean, repair and paint the floors. CLICK the image to donate on my "GoFundMe Page"  f you wish to donate via check (made out to BSA Troop 1321) or cash, you can give that to my parents, John & Sherri Hastings, or myself or email me at ccso355@gmail.com.

Pat Brennan, our new director of Dramatic Arts will be presenting a courtroom drama featuring the trial of Judas Iscariot.  With Satan as the prosecutor and Jesus as the defense counsel, you can expect it to be a riveting experience.  A live jury will determine the outcome of the case which is not pre-determined.  Be there on April 10, at 7;30 pm in the Sanctuary as Gabriel presides over this infamous trial.

Coming Soon! Lent is that 40 day period of reflection and re-commitment, preparing us for the glorious resurrection of Jesus on Easter Sunday.
